Kiwa Chemical Industry Co Ltd Products (Kiwalite, Kiwajet, Kiwacal):
Performance warranty for Kiwalite approved sign manufacturers- Kiwalite Class 1 High Intensity grade and Class 2 Engineer grade as used in the manufacture of traffic signs when laminated to clean
Australian Standards compliant aluminium substrates are covered by Kiwa’s product replacement warranty. Please refer to the performance warranty statement included in this section.
General product warranty- warranty for Kiwalite sheeting sold/ used by those other than approved sign manufacturers covers defective goods due to manufacturing fault only. Only goods deemed to be
faulty by Kiwa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. And Sakai Australia Pty Ltd will be replaced under warranty.
Reflite Co., Ltd Products:
Reflite reflective fabric products are covered under warranty only for defect due to manufacturing fault. Only goods deemed to be faulty by Reflite Co., Ltd. And Sakai Australia Pty Ltd will be replaced under warranty.

Terms of Warranty Statement
Before the use of any products purchased from Sakai Australia Pty Ltd the user shall determine the suitability of the product(s) for the users intended application and the user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
Product information sheets and product specifications should be read and understood as they may be helpful in assisting to determine the correct product required for a particular application.
Whilst we believe all specifications and information to be accurate Sakai Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for variations made by manufacturers to products and related information.
